History

2009	September	The Hakubi Center was founded.
2009	September	Prof. Tohru Fushiki of the Graduate School of Agriculture was appointed as the Center Director. (Term: September 8, 2009 - September 30, 2010)
2010	January	Determination of 1st batch prospective Hakubi researchers 【Global Type】to be hired.
	April	Set up the Center office in the iCeMS West Building.

	October	Prof. Tohru Fushiki was reappointed as the Center Director. (Term: October 1, 2010 - September 30, 2012)
2011	October	Determination of 3rd batch prospective Hakubi researchers 【Global Type】to be hired.
2012	April	The Young Researcher Development Center was renamed the Hakubi Center for Advanced Research.
