Associate Professor Takuya Soma (10th, Wildlife Research Center) and the JICA Tajikistan Office invited the President of Tajik National University, Nasriddinzoda Emomali, and 9 other education and administrative delegates to the Hakubi Center.
On February 9th, 2024, the Hakubi Center held a meeting with current Hakubi researchers, inviting President Nasriddinzoda Emomali of Tajik National University in Tajikistan and 9 other delegates from education and government officials.
This invitation was coordinated by Takuya SOMA, Associate Professor (10th batch, Wildlife Research Center) and the JICA Tajikistan Office.
At the meeting, Director Prof. Dr. Yoshinobu TAKAKURA introduced the Hakubi Center, and all delegates from Tajikistan expressed strong interest in the research content of the three active Hakubi researchers who participated.

Hakubi Center was introduced on Scienve Talks TV (YouTube).
The program features Assistant Professor Sayaka Tojima (12th batch,The Kyoto University Museum) and Assitant Professor Bao Min (12th batch, Graduate School of Informatics) as navigators.
The program asked the question, "What in the world is the Hakubi Project?"
