How to Apply

1. Download a template of a proposal

2. Create your account

Please access to the online application system via the URL below and create your account.
https://recruit.hakubi.kyoto-u.ac.jp

3. Prepare a proposal

Please prepare a proposal using the template downloaded in step 1 above

4. Upload your proposal

Please log in the online application system again with the e-mail address and password you set up in the step 2 above, and upload your proposal.
Once you successfully upload your proposal, it is the end of the application process.

Deadline: May 17, 2026, 23:59 (JST)
